SandpiperCI are now recruiting for our brand new franchise due to open next month. Card Factory is the UK’s largest greetings card retailer with over 940 stores.

We are now looking for a Store Manager to join our team

As Store Manager you will be leading a team of colleagues, taking ownership of the store and its operation, ensuring that we do the right thing by our customers and colleagues.

Main Responsibilities:
•      Inspiring your team to deliver store Key Performance Indicators - Sales, People, Process and Customer
•      Providing hands on leadership, coaching on the sales floor and enabling your team to reach their full potential
•      Being passionate about delivering exceptional service so our customers come to us time and time again to help them celebrate everyone’s life moments
•      Delivering excellent store standards by setting the bar high and motivating your team to do the same
•      Communicating the company and store goals to the team – ensuring that everyone is working to deliver the same plan
•     Cash handling, till reconciliation and banking procedures
•      Ensuring safe working practices and legal compliance
