Our client is seeking a Supervisor, Banking and Payments Oversight to join their newly formed Operations team, on a permanent full-time basis. You will provide subject matter expertise (SME) to the outsourced partners with respect to Banking & Payment activities, whilst actively monitoring the services delivered by their clients Malaysian operations team vs Service Level Agreement (SLA). You will maintain Key Performance/Risk Indicator data (KPI & KRI) across all of Banking & Treasury Operations, maintaining and developing test cases, working with the SMEs to expand User Acceptance Testing (UAT) test cases against system enhancements or change requests. The successful candidate will demonstrate a calm, logical approach to problem solving and exception management, work well under pressure and ideally have a practical understanding of banking and custody products.
