We are recruiting for a Support
Administrator for the Board.
Are you competent and savvy with computers
and technology?
Have you all experience in a busy office environment?

wish to expand our team and are currently recruiting for a Support
Administrator for the Board.

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLETo keep Aqua Group running smoothly, taking care of the
administrative and organisational tasks that make the day to day business
function as effectively and efficiently as possible.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
Administrative
duties for the Board which could include any of the following:
2.1
Typing;
2.2
Communication using Microsoft Teams, LinkedIn
and other Digi-Tech;
2.3
Ensuring the business has accurate records of its
meetings and all supplementary reports are circulated and saved into the right
place;
2.4
Document Formatting;
2.5
Data input;
2.6
Prioritising workloads;
2.7
Reception duties as and when required;
2.8
Occasional travel/hotel accommodation bookings;
2.9
Some project work (training always given);
2.10 Providing refreshments;
2.11 Clerical Duties as required.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
The role requires:
i. Strong computer and technology
skills.
ii. A positive, motivated & can do
attitude.
iii. Excellent organisational skills.
iv. Strong interpersonal and
communication skills.
v. Excellent time management skills.
vi. Ability to work in a team and also
use initiative and work independently.
vii. Trustworthy, reliable and ablility
to maintain confidentiality.
viii. Forward thinking.
ix. Willing to continuously develop and
learn.
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
i. Competent
and savvy with computers and technology.
ii. Demonstrable
experience within a busy office environment.
iii. Experience
with Microsoft 365 packages is desirable.
iv. Experience
supporting Directors/Senior Management is desirable.
