Local homeless cahrity Sanctuary Trust is looking for a Team Leader to lead its small, dedicated team of four support workers based at its shelter in St Aubin, Sanctuary House.

This is a brand-new role and an exciting opportunity for someone to motivate and inspire. You'd be working with both support workers and the management team to provide the best possible support to residents.

If you have a flexible, open-minded approach to work, with a great sense of humour and fantastic interpersonal skills, this could be the perfect role for you.
