Are you a junior level candidate looking for an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic, forward thinking organisation? We have a great new role within a leading professional services firm for an individual to provide secretarial and administrative support to a number of Partners and Directors.
The successful applicant will have varied and wide-ranging duties, including drafting agendas, producing meeting packs, arranging and attending relevant meetings and tracking agreed actions. You will also arrange travel and itineraries, process expenses and payments, process and maintain data, and all other ad hoc tasks as required. There will also be opportunity to get involved with various projects and initiatives, which will provide an interesting insight into the business as a whole.
Applicants should ideally have a background in providing executive support at senior level, along with existing experience in producing meeting agendas, taking minutes and collating meeting packs - this is a junior role so candidates are not expected to have extensive experience. Of most importance is a self-motivated and highly professional approach, with the confidence to take on responsibility, juggle activity, prioritise and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
