AP Personnel client, one of Jerseys leading financial services provider, is currently seeking to employ a billing officer to join their Jersey office on a temporary basis.The purpose of the role is to support the billing section within the Finance team. This includes maintenance of data and schedules, issuing of bills and the day to day functioning of the team.Duties will include, but are not restricted to, the review and preparation of client billing in line with requests, assisting with the maintenance of various monitoring schedules and inputting new and updated existing data into the financial management system. The successful candidate will also liaise with internal personnel to help resolve any issues and deal with any queries as they arise. There will also be the opportunity to assist with project work on an ad hoc basis.Applicants must have excellent computer literacy skills and very good interpersonal skills in order to develop close working relationships with colleagues, clients and business contacts.
