Our client is looking for a temporary Administrators to join their team on an ongoing contract.

This role involves administering a varied portfolio of complex Trust clients.
Responsibilities include, liaising with clients and intermediaries in relation to a variety of transactions, drafting company minutes and trustee resolutions and managing standard correspondence.
Duties also include maintaining client records, conducting annual reviews and assisting to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will also act as a key support the to the team leader and provide assistance with managing the team on a day to day basis.
The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic individual who demonstrates a passion for client service delivery.
Assistant Administrators - basic office experience required.
Administrator/Senior Administrators - Previous experience in a similar role is essential as well as the ability to demonstrate excellent technical knowledge. Holding or working towards a relevant industry qualification such as STEP or ICSA is desirable.
