Our client are looking for someone to undertake a range of basic administration duties such as preparing payments, circulation of client correspondence and filing under direction from your designated superiors.
Key responsibilities:
Working closely with your direct report to provide quality and efficient service;
Assistance in administration of basic client portfolios under direction from your direct report;
Prepare basic general emails and letters for review;
Ensure timely filing of documents in line with group policy;
Prepare payment instructions and oversight of authorisation process in line with respective banking cut-off times;
Assist with the preparation of meeting board packs and basic client meeting preparation;
Arranging review and execution of documents
