The Trainee Corporate Administrator will undergo an intensive training program designed to equip them with the knowledge and skills required to excel in corporate administration and compliance. Key Responsibilities:

  • Database Management: Learn to manage and update client databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Client Support: Collaborate with experienced team members to provide administrative support to clients, responding to inquiries and assisting with routine tasks.
  • Compliance Assistance: Assist in ensuring that client companies remain compliant with relevant regulations and deadlines.
  • Research: Conduct research on corporate laws and regulations to stay informed about changes that may impact clients.
  • Reporting: Prepare basic reports and summaries related to corporate administration tasks.

Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required (Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
