Purpose of the role:
As the Junior Administrator, youwill provide support to a fund Administration team.
Responsibilities:
Member of the global e-signing team, responsible for processing, record keeping, filing and document management
Weekly Board meeting scheduling, document distribution, quorum checking and record keeping
Tracking the implementation of Board decisions agreed at Boards and/or Board Committees
Maintenance of investors data such as contact, bank account details and addresses in accordance with agreed procedures
Preparation and distribution of investor related transaction documents and reporting
Maintenance of statutory records including filing with relevant authorities
Preparation of annual statutory filings and tax returns
System inputting and coordination
Skills required:
Relevant academic records including GCSE (grades 5-9 as a minimum)
Some relevant experience in an administrative/company secretarial environment
IT literate and experience of all MS applications (Outlook, Word, Excel etc.)
