Youll play a key role in our team, creating value and making a difference to our fast-paced organisation. Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail and a methodical approach to your work are vital to enable you to assist the team with day-to-day tasks.

Main responsibilities:

• Assistance with the administration of funds, management companies and associated fund structures which hold private equity assets.
• Liaising with clients, intermediaries, investors and colleagues throughout the organisation.
• Assistance with company secretarial matters, including the preparation of minutes, resolutions, agendas, board packs, and scheduling matters.
• Preparing payments to settle expenses.
• Ensuring adherence to all Company policies and procedures.
• Assistance with the maintenance and processing of updates on internal records/systems and KPI reporting, where necessary.
• Assistance with processing of fund operations, including drawdowns and distributions.

Our structured training will help build your confidence, knowledge and development to support our Funds & Institutional Team and assist them with the day-to-day administration of our structures.

Every day is a new challenge so youll need to be a team player at heart, have great IT skills and be very organised so you are able to prioritise your day. Youll consistently act as a role model in implementing our unique group culture.
