Trainee - Real EstateSalary: 18,000 - 23,000Location: JerseySpecialism: Accounting and Finance We seek to recruit talented individuals who are looking to develop their own skills whilst working as part of a close-knit team delivering exceptional service to clients. Would you like to be part of a high calibre multi-disciplined team with extensive experience gained over many years acting for a wide range of clients with diverse activities. Working closely with your superior to provide quality and efficient service to a basic portfolio of clients. Assistance in administration of basic client portfolio under direction from your superior. Liaison with clients, client advisors and bankers on basic administrative matters. Prepare basic general emails and letters for review. Ensure timely filing of documents in line with group policy. Prepare payment instructions and oversight of authorisation process in line with respective banking cut-off times. Assist with the preparation of meeting board packs and basic client meeting preparation. Arranging review and execution of documents. Maintain and Monitor task list to ensure completion on a timely basis, under supervision of your superior. Perform other duties as necessary to support the administrative team and wider business and generally act in the best interests of the division by supporting team members. Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Working closely with your superior to provide quality and efficient service to a basic portfolio of clients. Time Management Ensure accurate and timely recording of personal time in line with group procedures and agreed recoverability.  Financial Assist with the drafting of invoices and arranging settlement monitoring receipt of settlement. Mentoring/Professional Development Complete the Group induction. Complete required AML training. Attendance at any additional training provided by Group. Skills, Knowledge & Expertise Minimum 120 UCAS points or equivalent 2.2 degree (for graduates) Good standard of GCSEs or equivalent with pass grades in both English and Maths IT literate and confident when word processing, using Internet software, E-Mail, Database software and Excel Spreadsheets.
