Our client, a leading global independent provider of trust, fund, real estate and corporate services, is looking for a Trust & Company Administrator to join their growing team.The successful candidate will provide a wide variety of Trust administration tasks to support the company's ever growing and diversified international client base whilst assisting the Senior Administrators and Management Team with the day-to-day administration of private client portfolios in accordance with the Company's policies and procedures.The main responsibilities include:* Providing the highest level of service to clients ensuring client procedures are followed at all times* Maintaining orderly client records* Developing effective working relationships throughout the group* Providing timely responses to compliance queries and highlighting any risk issues* Maintaining details of all compliance/risk policies and proceduresThe role holder must have excellent administration and communication skills together with the ability to work under pressure.
