You will also contribute to the overall strategic direction of the Fiduciary business by being an active member of the business line and be key in the management, development, training and appraisal of staff as required. You will be a focused individual with a proven track record of people management and knowledge of legal, regulatory and industry requirements. Applicants must have significant trust and company experience, possess a professional qualification to diploma level and have excellent relationship building skills.
