We have a vacancy in our office for a full-time client account administrator.
The job description includes:-
Collection of outstanding client accounts. Administration of our client & pet loyalty scheme. Answering the telephone, dealing with client account queries and making appointments etc.
The position will also involve helping with other administrative duties such as banking and processing insurance claims.
The successful candidate should have the appropriate office work experience along with a good telephone manner and team working skills. Training will be provided.
