Would you brave Arctic blizzards, snow, wind or extreme heat in order to prove just how much you love a video game series?
Eight people are doing just that in central London as they stand on plinths in a live action billboard, being bombarded with various weather conditions inspired by the Syrian and Siberian setting of Rise Of The Tomb Raider.
The whole challenge is being live streamed online.
Everything that gets thrown at them during their 24 hours on the plinths is being voted for by Twitter users, and by those on the official stream.
There isn’t just devotion to Lara Croft at stake here either – the last person standing in the endurance challenge will win a trip to various locations around the world inspired by the new game, which is an Xbox exclusive in 2015.
Those who made it on to the billboard were chosen from thousands of applicants, and the seven finalists are now braving the crowd-sourced elements along with Tomb Raider mega-fan Jade Jolie.
The winner will also leave their plinth just in time to play the new game, which is out tomorrow in the UK.
