Apple could release up to three new versions of the iPad Pro next year, including two in brand new sizes.
Japanese blog Macotakara has published a report that suggests the iPhone maker could be ready to build an iPad mini-sized version of the Pro, as well as increase the 9.7in version of the device to 10.1in. This could be alongside a new version of the tech giant’s 12.9in version that was first unveiled in 2015.
According to the blog, the two larger Pros would come with 12 megapixel cameras and a better flash for taking photos.
As for the smallest version, it is suggested it will have the four stereo speaker set-up of the larger Pros, as well as the smart connector for attaching and pairing portable keyboards and cases.
Apple has recently been pushing the iPad Pro as a computer replacement as it looks to take on Microsoft’s successful Surface and Surface Pro line of laptop-tablet hybrids.
The Macotakara post also suggested the new iPads would keep the headphone jack that Apple so famously ditched from the iPhone 7, however other such Apple analysts and predictors have suggested that will not be the case and the jack will be gone from all future Apple products.
