We’ve seen the Apple iPad Pro described as enormous, huge and a plethora of “really big” adjectives so we’ve created this chart to show just how the device compares with previous iterations.

This piece of kit is aimed at the pro market, you probably won’t be getting this to see your Facebook feed and cat videos on a bigger screen. And with a 12.9-inch screen the iPad Pro is three inches bigger than any former iPad.

Anyone who stepped up to the iPhone 6 or the iPhone 6 Plus last time, had a size adjustment period but this time around with the iPhone 6s and 6s Plus it won’t be needed, unless you’re super sensitive to 0.1mm.

All the differences for the ‘s year’ are inside the device – be it the 3D Touch, the better camera (going up to 12mp) and the forward-facing flash.

Details were revealed at the Apple event in San Francisco along with details of the Apple Pencil (a stylus for the pro) and a new Apple TV.
