Just when the countdown to the Star Wars-heavy end of the year couldn’t get any more intense, Sony has gone and a new themed version of their console – a Darth Vader theme to be precise.
The limited edition hardware comes with an etching of his profile across the front of the console, as well as a black, grey and red matching controller.
It forms part of a new bundle PlayStation is offering to mark the release of the much-anticipated Star Wars Battlefront game in November. There are two options; one comes with Battlefront, the other with a bumper Star Wars version of Disney Infinity 3.0.
Both of these bundles also come with download codes for four classic Star Wars games, which have been remastered for the PS4; Super Star Wars, Racer Revenge, Jedi Starfighter and Bounty Hunter.
The Battlefront version of the game in the bundle is the deluxe edition, and as a result has some downloadable content (DLC) thrown in. This includes Han Solo’s blaster as a playable weapon, among other things.
