Under Armour’s connected fitness boxset, built with HTC, has gone on sale in the UK for the first time.

Initially unveiled at the start of the year, the UA Healthbox comprises of a smart fitness tracker wristband, smart scales and a heart rate monitor together in one set designed to radically improve a user’s understanding of their health and fitness – as well as more accurate ways of tracking heart rate and other activity during exercise.

All the data gathered can then be seen, monitored and have goals set against it within the UA Record app, which is available on iOS and Android.

The UA Band not only tracks exercise, but also automatically tracks steps, distance, heart rate and sleep – while the UA Scale is both Bluetooth and WiFi enabled and able to measure body fat percentage, as well as recognise up to eight people.

Each of the products within Healthbox can be bought individually, or you can pick up the entire boxset for £349.

Chris Bate, managing director Europe for Under Armour, said: “UA HealthBox is a revolutionary suite of products that is a world first in connected fitness systems. We continue to strive to make athletes better and UA HealthBox is another new technology that will help athletes of all levels, as they approach training in a 24/7 way.”

Outside of Healthbox, UA also revealed that its first smart shoe, the UA SpeedForm Gemini 2 Record Equipped – which can measure the duration and distance you run without a connected device, and its Headphones Wireless – which is claimed never fall out – are also coming to Europe.
