The world of hackers is about to become playable as Ubisoft’s Watch Dogs 2 hits the shelves on November 15.
The sequel to the 2014 smash hit has moved the cyber-crime game from Chicago to San Francisco and the heart of the technology world. Now the launch trailer has landed.
As it shows, players take on the role of Marcus Holloway, who teams up with a group of hackers known as DedSec to take down a corrupt corporate system and restore power to the people.
With no Assassin’s Creed title this year (though there is a movie coming), Ubisoft will hope Watch Dogs 2 can repeat its success and take on the likes of Call of Duty, whose latest instalment, Infinite Warfare, launched earlier this month.
