Oculus have launched a VR app that lets you explore the International Space Station and take on an astronaut’s workload.
Mission: ISS allows users to move around the space station, complete basic tasks astronauts on board do every day, and go on space walks.
The experience is available for free download from the Oculus store for use on the Rift headset.
The game is also compatible with Oculus Touch, meaning you really can dock capsules and perform experiments as part of the fully immersive experience.
The videos were created by Oscar-winning firm Magnopus, and made in collaboration with Nasa as well as the European and Canadian space agencies, to ensure realistic details were included.
The tech firm is also sending a VR Rift headset to space for the astronauts themselves to play around with, to look at the effects of zero gravity on their spatial awareness and balance.
