The BBC has made an experimental “holographic” TV device to bring to life some of its archive footage.
Although the project was just an experiment based on some sketches and made using low-cost acrylic, it created some impressive results.
Just imagine if it gets these effects working on some Sir David Attenborough programmes – you could have a snow leopard walking about on your coffee table!
