A 64-year-old man who denies sexual touching and penetration without consent is to face a trial in the Royal Court this year.
Jose Manuel Da Silva Alves appeared in the Royal Court on Friday.
He entered not guilty pleas to two charges of sexual touching without consent and one of sexual penetration without consent last summer.
The court set a trial date for 25 July and remanded the case until 7 April, when a pre-trial hearing will be held.
The Deputy Bailiff, Robert MacRae was presiding.
