Sweet, crunchy, and "super easy" to make... This winter-warming apple crumble recipe from a local charity has the potential to quickly become a family favourite.

Caring Cooks provides hot meals and cooking education to local schools and families.

Explaining their choice for this week's Charity Chomp recipe, the team said: "Apples are packed with vitamins, antioxidants and fibre, and are a favourite when it comes to healthy snacks.

"Aim to eat at least five portions of fruit and vegetables per day - this can include fresh, frozen, tinned and dried fruit and veg."
