The local branch of Standard Chartered Bank has been ordered to provide documents relating to its fraud awareness policies and training, as well as warning notices issued to employees, after a fraudulent payment was processed in July 2020.
The decision from the Master of the Royal Court, Advocate Matthew Thompson, came in the case involving Vishal and Mira Agarwal.
