Drivers are being warned there could be traffic hold-ups at the bottom of Mont Millais this week.
Repairs are being carried out to the traffic lights at the Howard Davis Park junction.
While the work’s being done temporary lights will be in place.
The Department for Infrastructure says, “...the existing lights have reached the end of their working life, making their replacement essential. The new lights and controlling equipment will result in lights that are both brighter and more energy efficient.
"Due to the limitations of temporary traffic lights, the junction will not be controlled as well as usual and motorists are likely to experience delays during the works. It is therefore advisable for drivers passing through the area to adjust journey times accordingly.”
