A man accused of attacking a woman in St. Lawrence will face a trial in the Royal Court trial next year.
Simon Rhys Williams (43) appeared in the Royal Court on Friday and pleaded not guilty to two counts of grave and criminal assault.
The alleged assaults were said to have taken place at a property in St Lawrence on 15 August 2021.
During Friday's hearing, a three-day jury trial was scheduled for 5 April 2022.
Mr Williams remains on bail ahead of a pre-trial directions hearing set for 13 January 2022.
He appeared before Lieutennant Bailiff Anthony Olsen, sitting with Jurats Jane Ronge and Robert Anthony Christensen MBE.
