A 31-year-old man has admitted illegally entering the Pomme d’Or to steal a safe containing over £3,300 in cash.
Paul Lee Davison appeared in the Royal Court on Friday to enter a ‘guilty’ plea to the single charge of illegal entry and larceny.
The charge states that Davison illegally entered the Pomme D’or Hotel on 24 August and stole a safe containing £3,334.32.
Davison was represented by Advocate Luke Sette, who indicated his client’s admission of guilt.

Crown Advocate Emma Hollywood, prosecuting, asked the Court to adjourn the case for sentencing on 6 December.
Royal Court Commissioner Sir Michael Birt, accompanied by Jurats Austin-Vautier and Dulake, fixed this date and Davison was remanded in custody until then.
