Monday 05 June 2023

A man has been arrested after a "physical altercation" in St. Helier that left another with what police officers described as a "notable facial injury".

Officers said two men were reported to have been involved in the altercation, which was alleged to have taken place outside of Royal Crescent on Don Road around 20:00 on Friday (2 June).

They are now appealing for witnesses and would like to speak to anyone who may have CCTV, video doorbell or dashcam footage in the area.

Anyone with information is asked to contact police on 612612 or the independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111, or via their anonymous online form at Crimestoppers-uk.org.
