A man in his 30s has been charged with running a brothel in Green Street, and is due to appear in court this afternoon.
Catalin Avram, who is from Manchester, but was born in Romania, was charged under an 1895 law with keeping a brothel between the 15th and 17th December this year.
Mr Avram was due to appear in court this morning, but the case has now been moved until this afternoon.
