A 35-year-old man accused of assaulting a woman in Grouville and Trinity earlier this year is facing a trial next year.
Joseph Daniel McCool appeared in the Royal Court before Commissioner Sir William Bailhache on Friday, sitting with Jurats Jerry Ramsden and David Gareth Hughes.
He pleaded not guilty to two counts of common assault and one count of grave and criminal assault.
The two alleged common assaults were said to have taken place on 23 April in Grouville, and the alleged grave and criminal assault was said to have taken place on 30 May in Trinity.
Mr McCool is on bail until 6 January 2022 when he will appear in the Royal Court again, and is scheduled to go on trial on 22 March 2022.
