Police are seeking witnesses after a man in a high-vis jacket allegedly punched another to the ground in St John's Village – before fleeing the scene in a white van.
Police said the reported assault happened around 12:30, following a row between two men.
The alleged victim was then said to have fallen to the ground. He sustained "some facial injuries" but these did not require medical treatment, according to police.
The suspect is described as a stocky built white male, in his early 30s, with short blondie brown hair. He was wearing an orange high-visibility jacket and dark trousers and left the scene in a white van.
The alleged victim is a white man in his 40s with short black hair and a black beard. He was also wearing an orange high-visibility jacket and blue-coloured trousers.
Police are now appealing for witnesses.
