A 33-year-old man and a 41-year-old woman have been arrested following a number of thefts from boats and cars around the St. Helier marinas.
Police said the thefts took place between 14:00 and 23:00 yesterday (Monday 29 June).
The man and woman were arrested last night and remain in police custody, while enquiries continue.

Describing the suspects in an appeal for witnesses, officers said: “The suspects, a man and a woman are both white and roughly the same height, approximately 5’8”. The man has light hair and was wearing a khaki T-shirt and black and white shorts. The woman was wearing a pink jacket.”
They also urged boat owners to check their vessels for signs of entry or loss of property.
