Police are investigating blue graffiti which was daubed on Le Chemin du Chateau lighthouse, situated on the headland north of Grosnez Castle.
In a post on their Facebook page, Ports of Jersey say they're currently trying to remove the graffiti.
Anyone with information that could lead to identifying those responsible should contact Jersey Police on (01534) 612612 or anonymously to Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
Earlier this year, graffiti was discovered by an islander on St Brelade's Pier. The police have confirmed there was insufficient evidence to identify the culprit.
