After months of islanders going bananas for the Zoo's gorilla-themed art trail scattered across the island, the sculptures are going under the hammer this week; but which one do YOU think will fetch the wildest bid?
With 40 silverbacks, two babies and one mystery ape going up for auction to raise funds for Jersey Zoo's new gorilla enclosure - it's time to vote for your favourite sculpture.
Designed and painted by local and international artists, the 'Go Wild Gorilla' trail has finally come to an end, with islanders bidding farewell to the beloved sculptures in the last few days.
As organisers gear up for the big auction of the sculptures - the question that remains is which gorilla will be the 'best in show'?
The auction will take place tomorrow (Wednesday 6 November) at the Royal Yacht Hotel and will be run by stalwart auctioneer Charles Hanson.
