Commuters faced long delays this morning following a two-vehicle car crash at Leighton Court, on the Inner Road at First Tower just after 08:00.
Police have confirmed that the collision was between a blue Range Rover and a white Hyundai. The driver of the Hyundai, a 39-year-old male, has been taken to hospital and his injuries are not believed to be life threatening.
Buses on the Inner Road route were diverted away from the scene of the accident, and traffic was moved onto the Avenue.
