A Freedom of Information request has revealed that the States has sacked 10 employees since June last year.
A total of 129 States employees were disciplined in that period, with 61 cases still on-going.
Of those 129, a total of 41 were disciplined, 10 sacked, there was no action taken in 17 cases - the employee may have resigned prior to disciplinary action being taken - and 61 cases are still pending.
The Department of Health and Social Security had easily the most disciplinary cases - 50 in the 15-month period. Community and Constitutional Affairs had 34 employees disciplined, Department of Education 19, Department of Social Security 13 and all other departments 13.
