Traffic was backed up along Victoria Avenue today after a car crashed into a wall.
All three Emergency Services - Ambulance, Police and Fire - were called to the junction of Gloucester Street and the Esplanade.
The vehicle - a black car, whose air bag had gone off - was badly damaged in the collision.
We are currently dealing with an RTC on the junction of Gloucester Street and Esplanade. All emergency services attending. Delays likely - please avoid the area.

Islanders were subsequently warned to avoid the area amid reports of traffic blockages leading as far back as the underpass.
