Two men have been arrested for allegedly "throwing punches" at each other outside a pub.
Police said the reported fight took place on Bath Street around 23:30 on Friday (7 May).
Describing the reported sequence of events, officers said: “The fight broke out outside Chordz and continued up the road outside the Soleil Levant Pub. Two men were initially throwing punches at each other, when another man got involved and also hit one of the men.”

They continued: “Two of the men, aged 18 and 27 were arrested at the scene and the third man ran off into French Lane. He is described as in his late teens/early twenties, of slim build with fair hair. He was wearing a dark sports jacket with a white stripe down the side.
“…The area was quite busy and there were a lot of people around, one person was seen to record the arrest outside Redvers.”
The two men have since been released from police custody and one remains on bail.
Police would now like to speak to anyone who saw what happened or who recorded any images, and urge them to call 612612 or make an anonymous report using Crimestoppers’ online form.
