An inquest has found that a young Jerseyman killed in a tragic accident in Australia last November died from multiple injuries in a crash.
Jersey’s Deputy Viscount has noted the findings of the Coroner for the Northern Territories, that Rayn (known as Ryan) McMinn (26) was killed in a crash on 25 November near the town of Elliott in the Northern Territory.
Ryan – who was a father of two - was one of two people killed in the crash.
After his death last year, his family and friends launched a fundraising campaign to bring him back to the Island.
In tributes paid at the time, they described him as a special and lovely young man with a great future ahead who was “living his dream and reaching his goals."
