The team behind the island's largest reuse and upcycling centre has taken inspiration from Mariah Carey to spread the reuse message.
Acorn, which supports islanders with learning disabilities by providing work opportunities, runs the Acorn Reuse Centre in Trinity, and is preparing for a busy Christmas period.
The idea to record the charity's own take on Christmas classic 'All I want for Christmas is you' came from Acorn's HR Manager Amanda Berry.
She said: "We do a Christmas advert every year, and I had the idea of doing a version of ‘All I want for Christmas is Reuse' - but, actually, it’s a very difficult song to sing!
'While all our Acorn staff are superstars, we don’t have many singers among us so I approached local choir Concordia, who agreed to record the song for us.
"The idea of the song is to encourage everyone to think about the environment, particularly at Christmas."

She continued: "While the song is about reuse, the main reason really for all the videos on our social media is about staff, volunteers, customers and clients coming together and having a bit of fun.
"It's very rewarding to see staff who felt too shy to get involved in previous years come forward and really enjoy being part of the film. The team here are absolutely fantastic, I like to think the videos give the outside world just a little snapshot of the positive and inclusive working environment we have created at Acorn"
Mrs Berry added: "We continue to have great success at Acorn in diverting between 20-25 tonnes of reusable items from the waste stream every month and with our new Donations Centre due to open in 2023, we hope to be able to offer even more employment opportunities to people with disabilities and continue to work towards environmental objectives."
Acorn’s last day of opening is Thursday 23 December and it will re-open on Tuesday 4 January 2022.
The charity is happy to accept any unwanted Christmas presents if anyone would like to give a gift a new home after 25 December.
