Police are appealing for witnesses after they say a woman driving down Clarendon Road swerved to avoid a man who was shouting abuse and trying to block her, narrowly missing a wall.
The man was arrested on suspicion of 'domestic related harassment' and later released on conditional bail.
Police say it happened on Friday 23 December between 21:30 and 22:00 around the Val Plaisant end of Clarendon Road.
The woman kept driving her Fiat 500, but was said to be "visibly shaken" by what happened.
Police are now appealing for information on 612612 or the independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111 or via their anonymous online form at Crimestoppers-uk.org.
