Tickets to see John Bishop at Fort Regent go on sale at noon today – but you’d better be fast!
After Lee Evans sold out two nights at the Jersey Opera House in just five hours in May, staff at Fort Regent are braced for a deluge of orders for tickets to see the scouse comic perform his “Work in Progress” tour on Tuesday 9 September.
The £25 tickets are available from Fort Regent on 449827 from noon.
After the success of the Lee Evans shows – which are warm-ups for his tour of the UK and Ireland – the promoters of the John Bishop event are expecting another hugely successful night.
Stand-ups are increasingly successful in Jersey, the last few years have seen amazing performances by Kevin Bridges, Mark Watson, Ed Byrne and loads more, often playing to packed out crowds in the Opera House.
