...Bake!
Baking is just so cathartic for me. My favourite is when my music is loud, I've found that dancing and singing really helps with sifting or whipping and somehow makes a cake rise higher - fact!
...a braai (or BBQ) with friends - there's nothing better.
Even though I don't eat meat, I love nothing more than a plate of salads or roasted vegetables. I'm a sucker for local produce.
...a well brewed kombucha.
I don't drink alcohol or sweet fizzy drinks but I've recently discovered a locally brewed kombucha called K-tea which is my new go-to drink of choice.
...80s or 90s music - oh, and any of the Mamma Mia songs will get me belting away in my car (but only when I'm on my own because I'm ridiculously tone deaf).
have to be honest, good old fashioned radio is always on in my kitchen for those all important traffic and news updates.
...biographies and autobiographies, which are my guilty pleasure.
I'm currently reading 'Brazen' by Julia Haart, a powerful and inspiring read.
...the beach.
I love walking on the beaches with my little Westie, Bonnie. Spending time with friends and family is gold for me, it charges my batteries and fills my soul!
