From a wholesome shepherd's pie to detective drama and a fake aquarium... an islander who spends most of her time in the air has shared her favourite ways to relax.
Hayley Wray is an aerial performer and coach at Aerialantics.
This year, she will be coaching 10 people over 14 weeks to perform an acrobatic aerial routine live to music on stage at Jersey Arts Centre for a White Collar Cabaret event.
But, before this starts, she shared her favourite ways to unwind for Bailiwick Wellbeing...
... lot! I love eating.
Shepherd's pie is a family fave but I will never say no to a Thai dish.
...a nice, big fruity tea, while cozied up on the sofa with my dog and family.
...my false aquarium of tropical fish!
It's a YouTube channel and is really pretty to have on in the background. It is accompanied by lovely, chilled classical piano.
...Well, at the moment, I'm reading a novel that could be described as Vikings meets The Witcher.
...a good detective drama.
...a stretch and foam roll after performance coaching.
It's important to try and look after my body if I want to continue to perform. I'm not getting any younger!
