Tillyard in the Channel Islands is part of a large multi-disciplinary consulting group providing specialised services and advice in all aspects of construction, engineering and real estate.

Established in London in 1945, the Tillyard Group has since grown and expanded into an international firm of chartered quantity surveyors, cost consultants and project managers with offices worldwide. The Channel Islands office was opened in 1985.

Tillyard has been employed as quantity surveyors and cost consultants on a wide variety of high profile projects, from inception to completion,in both Jersey and Guernsey and has consistently delivered successful results for its clients. By also providing project management and employers agent services, we oversee the development and coordination of the client’s brief, ensuring that implementation is achieved on time and on budget.

We use our experience and expertise to deliver practical solutions and real value on projects ranging from award winning housing developments to landmark office buildings which demonstrate our commitment to sustainability and environmental best practice.

There is a strong emphasis on accuracy and reliability and we employ strict in-house quality assurance procedures by utilising standard documentation for the preparation of preliminary estimates and costs plans, cost control, cost checking and reporting procedures. These procedures have been subject to thorough checks and scrutiny to ensure they comply with the most rigorous standards demanded by our clients.
