“This is allow further work in preparing the testing facilities which have been built there, ahead of the transition to Phase 5c of the ‘Exit from Lockdown’,” said a spokesman for the States.
“The Civil Contingencies Authority has not yet announced a date for moving into Phase 5c, but work has continued to ensure all areas are operationally ready to make the move at the point the CCA decides is appropriate.”
