The candidates are Kelly Hainsworth and Anita Kilby.

Polling stations will be at the Constables’ Office in Lefebvre Street and in the foyer of Beau Sejour.

Voting open at 10:00 and closes at 20:00 and the count will be carried out on the same evening.

Constable Zoe Lihou said that both candidates have merits that would enhance the Douzaine and its efforts on behalf of St Peter Port.

“Kelly and Anita are excellent candidates and it is a shame that we only have one vacancy to fill,” said Mrs Lihou.

“Both are accomplished professionals and have a number of qualities that will add to the collective skill sets of our Douzaine.

“They are both ready and able to serve the Parish and I wish them all the best in their campaigns.”
