Condor achieved an overall customer score of 71%, taking second place above Calmac and Wightlink services.
The Channel Islands ferry service scored four stars in the following categories: customer service, ease of booking, passenger space, cleanliness and toilets – with three stars for its facilities, food and drink, and value for money.
NorthLink scored better than Condor in two categories, customer service and passenger space, with five stars. NorthLink’s overall customer score was 80%.
The publication shunned P&O Ferries for its Dover to Calais service, which was named as ‘best to avoid’.

Though a high achiever in Which? magazine’s ‘Domestic Routes’ section, Condor Ferries did not place in the ‘Routes to France’ category, which Brittany Ferries took first and second place for.
Brittany Ferries boss Christophe Mathieu recently stepped up as current Interim CEO of Condor, announcing that Brittany Ferries wants “to get far more involved in the business of the Channel Islands with Condor”.
The praise for Condor comes after much speculation about the future of the ferry service, which was revealed to have suffered a £1.4million during the financial year ending 25 March 2023.
